The one good thing that comes out of preparing for school each year, I've decided, is probably picking the theme for the year and decorating books accordingly... had lots of fun making these, though not directly lizardmen related, there may be some fans
Going to restaurants means random doodling with pens! Just that horrible feeling when you realise you won't be able to recreate the image with a better medium and less scribbles... Maybe one day I'll find this again and have the patience to finish it...
And thus it begins... I don't know if I should try to make a background or not... I've never attampted to do one before, but it all depends on how much spare time I have, probably... Probably just a little bit more neatening up and this little guy should be done! He probably looks more lizardman-like than the original sketch; a few alterations to proportions etc. but all in all, fun to attempt another's technique for art with no outlines
Again, cleaning up some doodles; this one inspired by the last short story contest theme, The Power of Music...
*sigh* There are several models that seem to permanently live on the "painting and modelling" desk... When I enquired about this one, my brother responded with "So it can camouflaged with bushes and leaves on one side, and then turn around and camouflage against a tree trunk!" The sad thing is, he's older than me...
there's a really depressing moment in everyone's life when they realise paint has no blend tool... but hey! Looking rather aesthetic! (the 100th post on this thread!!!)
